A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing human resources activities within the named region. The position owner will ensure that HR policies, practices, and initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, particularly in managing a diverse workforce, regulatory compliance, talent acquisition & management, employee development, and performance management.
